Holy cow - your excitement is palpable!!! I hope your downstairs neighbor's fan didn't get dislodged from the ceiling as well. LOL Looking forward to meeting this bff that causes you to Tigger-ize yourself! ;-)
Make sure you turn that ceiling fan off before Jordan gets there, we don't want him to severe another toe while entertaining a random trick again.
